In case of problems with the product after receiving the product (eg: product broken, torn, wrong size, product not working, the product does not match with the image, etc.) you can get back the full value of the purchased product subject to the following conditions.

2) In case of a refund, the product should be completely intact with the box.
3) You must return the product to the office within 7 working days at your own risk.
4) If the price of the product is written on it and if for some reason the price of today's deal is more than that, then in case of the extra price you have to register a complaint by mail to complain@elect.com.bd within 48 hours. If your complaint is correct, the extra value you paid will be refunded within 10 working days of development.
5) In case of advance (development/rocket) payment, if the product is not in stock or the buyer is not willing to take, the order will be canceled and the refund will be given to the number from which the advance payment has been made.
